Understanding Our Processing and Handling Procedures
Orders typically originate from our manufacturing facility in San Diego, CA. Some orders will ship out of Salt Lake City, UT.
At the time of order and payment verification, processing and handling takes place. All orders that are completed before 3:00 pm Mountain Time
(MDT) will be processed as soon as possible for same-day shipment. Orders placed past 3:00 pm MDT will not be processed until the next business day.
Free shipping is only applicable for United States shipping addresses in the lower 48 states. Shipping charges will apply to all non-continental
United States addresses. Free shipping also only applies to WineCellars.com brand wine racks and accessories, products by 3rd-party manufacturers may
have additional shipping charges.

Who We Ship With
Our preferred shipment carrier is UPS and we ship all “free shipping” orders via their ground service. This service, in general, has a delivery time
from one day to five days for most continental United States locations. Products that have a manufacturer or other shipping fee may be shipped using another
service based on the policies of the manufacturer of the product in question. For expedited shipping, you may select faster ship options at checkout for an
additional fee (based on current UPS shipping rates). No matter which shipping option you choose (“free shipping” or expedited) we will always process your
order as fast as possible. For large orders ordering more than five products, we recommend that you give us a call before placing your order as we might be
able to give you a discount on your shipping.
Shipping Delays
As with all forms with shipping, there may be delays that increase the amount of time that it takes for your order to get to you. Large orders may require
special shipping arrangements that can increase processing and handling time. Throughout the year there are specific time periods, particularly around gift-giving
holidays, where shipping can be delayed. Besides actual days where carriers like UPS are closed and do not deliver (such as Christmas Day), sufficient volume
within the shipping network can cause delays, especially when combined with inclement weather.
Guarantees and Warranties
WineCellars.com makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, that your order will be shipped or delivered within any specific timeframe. While we do
our best to make sure all orders are processed as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that orders placed before 3:00 pm MDT will be shipped same day or that
your order will arrive within five shipping days. After your order is shipped, the package delivery service’s own shipping policies and guarantees apply. Please
refer to those policies if you have a problem with an order that is currently in transit.
