** Requires a compressor heater below 40°F and a fan cycling switch below 20°F.
Coverage varies by model: Certain 110V models include five years of parts-and-labor coverage. Many other models include two years of parts-and-labor coverage plus five years on the internal compressor. Certain 220V models carry a one-year warranty.
Split systems and air handlers: Current 115V systems generally include two years of parts-and-labor coverage and five years on the internal compressor. The Warranty Activation Checklist must be completed and submitted; the coverage period begins on the purchase date.
Claims and service: CellarPro may repair or replace a covered unit with a new or refurbished unit. Service must be performed by CellarPro or a designated repair facility unless otherwise authorized. The purchaser is generally responsible for shipping, removal and reinstallation.
Common exclusions: Damage caused by negligence, commercial use, accident, improper maintenance, installation, service, repair or use is not covered.

The BTU/h range is an estimate and may not account for all real-world conditions. Certain cellar designs may require a higher-capacity unit, especially when materials like glass, stone, or concrete reduce insulation efficiency. To ensure reliable performance and proper temperature control, we recommend selecting a unit with additional capacity. An undersized system can shorten equipment lifespan and may not achieve the desired temperature.
