The Ductless Mini Platinum Split delivers powerful, quiet cooling with a discreet design. Its split system allows flexible placement, with the evaporator inside the cellar and the condensing unit up to 100 feet away. Built for durability and reliability, it’s trusted for both residential and commercial use.
Note: Installation by a qualified HVAC-R technician is required to maintain warranty coverage.
Important: WhisperKOOL does not supply a smart thermostat. Choosing the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit removes the standard controls, requiring you to purchase your own 24V thermostat. Technical support for third-party thermostats is not provided.
This BTU/h range is an estimate and may not account for all real-world conditions. Certain cellar designs may require a higher-capacity unit, especially when materials like glass, stone, or concrete reduce insulation efficiency. To ensure reliable performance and proper temperature control, we recommend selecting a unit with additional capacity. An undersized system can shorten equipment lifespan and may not achieve the desired temperature.
Product Warranty for Split System Units
A limited 2-year product warranty with up to an additional (1) year grace period for installation is offered with all split systems. While the warranty starts at the date of purchase, this warranty is not activated until a Product Warranty Checklist has been submitted and approved by WhisperKOOL.
